Preparing Applications for the Brownfields Job Training Program
This month, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will begin seeking grant applications for the Brownfields Job Training Program. These grants of up to $500,000 will provide training that supports full-time, sustainable employment that facilitates the inventory of brownfields sites, site assessments, remediation of brownfields sites, community involvement, and site preparation. During this webinar, CDFA provides an overview of the Program, which includes applicant eligibility, use of grant funds, and intended Program outcomes. The webinar also provides a general overview of application submission best practices and an opportunity for attendees to connect with one another to pursue potential application partnerships.
