CDFA was in amazing St. Louis for the 2008 Annual Development Finance Summit. Hosted by the St. Louis County Economic Council, the 22nd Annual Summit was held at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis from April 29-May 1, 2008.

CDFA has provided the presentations from the 2008 Annual Development Finance Summit for downloading and review. These presentations have been posted as CDFA has obtained them. Some sessions did not have electronic presentations, therefore, not all sessions are represented.

The Downtown Development Corporation, Louisville, KY – Downtown Housing Revolving Loan Fund was selected as the best Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program in the nation at CDFA's 2008 Annual Development Finance Summit in St. Louis, Missouri. Four finalists presented at the Practitioner’s Showcase: Best Revolving Loan Fund program at the Annual Summit, and a live audience vote determined the best Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program in the country.
