AZ Now Open to Equity Crowdfunding
On July 3, the equity crowdfunding bill went live. The new law lets small-business owners obtain capital through equity crowdfunding. According to Phoenix Business Journal, Arizona businesses are now able to raise up to $1 million in a 12-month period.
Tucson Focuses on Sustainable Development
According to the Daily Wildcat, by implementing both financially and environmentally sustainable zoning regulation policies, project costs can be regulated, therefore making financing options more readily available.
Clearinghouse CDFI Expands Into AZ
The national Clearinghouse CDFI is bringing its lending services to Arizona, including Native American populations. The Arizona MultiBank will now function with an increased capacity to provide larger loans with longer terms.
Phoenix IDA to Host 2015 CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable
CDFA is excited to announce the Phoenix Industrial Development Authority as the host of the 2015 CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable. In addition, the CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable is endorsed by the Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED).

The CDFA Arizona Financing Roundtable is generously hosted by the Phoenix Industrial Development Authority and is endorsed by the Association of Economic Development (AAED).

Rep. Hultgren (R-IL) and Rep. Neal (D-MA) introduced the Modernizing American Manufacturing Bonds Act (MAMBA) of 2015. H.R. 2890, supported by CDFA and hundreds of issuers throughout the country, is a comprehensive package that will modernize and revolutionize manufacturing bonds.
