$12.67M WHEFA Bond Financing Supports Odd Fellow
Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA will be used to help Odd Fellow Rebekah Home Association Inc. finance costs associated with the renovating, constructing, improving and equipping of a complete remodel and rebuild of the existing nursing home.
WHEDA Awards $13.6M in LIHTCs
The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) has awarded more than $13.6 million in low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) statewide. The housing tax credits will help to create 1,367 units of affordable rental housing in 26 developments.
WI Ranks Last in Kauffman Startup Index
Once again, the Kauffman Foundation has pegged Wisconsin as the worst state in the nation for startup activity. And it's not even close. The state has received the worst scores in the U.S. for new business creation from the foundation since 2015.

Bond financing facilitated by WHEFA will be used to finance the acquisition, construction, and equipping of a new 152-unit senior housing project on a 30-acre site in the Village of Germantown to be known as Fairway Knoll.
