Urban Shepherd Looking at Setting up RLF for Future Projects
Urban Shepherds started as a way to mow a vacant lot in Cleveland with sheep instead of spending money on mowing. The project's long-term goal is to have a revolving loan fund set up so there is always money for people to borrow to get other areas started.

Cincinnati's Union Terminal Receives $5M Preservation Tax Credit
The tax credit was the final piece of financing that Cincinnati Museum Center was pursuing for the massive restoration project. The total project cost now stands at $233.5 million. The bulk of Union Terminal's renovation is being funded by a quarter-cent increase in Hamilton County's sales tax.
OH Green Building Program Completes Project in Sycamore Township
A youth sports center is the first building in Sycamore Township to use Ohio PACE program to finance a $650,000 energy improvement project that included the installation of rooftop solar energy panels, LED lighting retrofit, and the installation of new insulation panels in the facility's gymnasium.
Akron Community Revitalization Fund Receives $35K Grant
PNC Bank is providing a $35,000 grant to support Development Fund of the Western Reserve's Akron Community Revitalization Fund, which will help launch new businesses in inner-city areas targeted for revitalization.
