Laser Express Nearing Move from Madison to Middleton with $1.3M in TIF
The Middleton City Council on Tuesday granted conceptual approval for $1.3 million in developer-financed tax incremental financing (TIF) that would be used to help Laser Express Inc. build a consolidated office, manufacturing and warehouse space off the 8000 block of Airport Road.
State Tax Incentives Take Center Stage in Downtown Renovations
Together, state and federal tax credits will total about $1.8 million for the Gray Goose project in Janesville. City tax increment financing loans for the project totals $500,000, according to city records.
