AZ Senator Introduces EB-5 Regional Center Legislation
According to the National Law Review, Senator Jeff Flake of Arizona introduced the "Targeted Employment Areas Improvement Act," which amends the definition of targeted employment areas under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
USDA's StrikeForce Brings Aid to Rural Indian Country
According to Indian Country, the USDA has invested more than $6.5 billion in StrikeForce designated areas. In Arizona, StrikeForce partners with several Native American tribes.
